1 medium turkey
1 red pepper
2 jars of cooked chestnuts (or sous-vide) - about 500 g
3 apples
2 carrots
35 g butter
40 g butter
1 glass of white wine
2 carrots
3 cloves of garlic

1• Put the turkey in a baking dish. 
Preheat oven to 210 ° C

Peel the carrots and cut them into pieces. Peel the 
apples, remove the hearts and cut them into eight. 
Pour the glass of wine and a 1/2 glass of water into the bottom of the dish, add the whole garlic cloves, carrots, apples, chopped pepper and bake the poultry 45 minutes. 
Water, every 15 minutes.

2• Lower your oven to 180 ° C and continue cooking for about 1 hour and a half. 
Water the turkey every 20 minutes to prevent the meat from drying out. 
Take out the turkey and sprinkle with dried thyme. 
Take out and drain the apples, pepper and carrots. 
Drain the chestnuts if necessary, melt the remaining butter in a pan then heat and brown the chestnuts for 5 minutes. 
Serve with mashed potatoes, apples, carrots and gilded chestnuts.
