200 Gr flour
100 gr butter
1 egg
50 Gr Almond powder
80 Gr icing sugar
1 pinch of salt
Nutella or jam


1• Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the sugar and salt.

2• Add egg, flour and almond powder and mix until mixture is smooth.

3• Make a ball of this paste and roll it in plastic film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

4• Spread the dough on a floured work surface and cut out the shapes with the cookie cutter): a solid form and a form with the empty center.

5• Bake 15 mm in hot oven 175 degrees for 15 minutes: shortbread must be browned.

6• Put nutella (or jam) in the center of the biscuit and cover with another. Be careful not to press too hard not to break them.
