ingredients ( 4 people )

4 pairs of hamburger buns
4 steaks
Fried onion
4 slices of foie gras
FIG jam
Cheddar (optional)


1• Make your chopped steaks or buy them directly

2• Preheat your oven to 180 °

3• For fried onions if you want to make them homemade: cut your onions, dip them in the milk then the flour and fry in the oil

4• Cut your foie gras

5• Arrange in this order: bread, jam, (cheddar if you take it), steak, foie gras, jam, fried onion

6• Put in the oven for 5 min and cover your burger
