Foie Gras hamburger on a bed of peach jam, a recipe that I prepared for the holidays and which was very successful.

ingredients ( 12 burgers )

50 gr of water
10 gr fresh baker's yeast or 1 cup of dehydrated baker's yeast
50 gr milk
15 gr powdered sugar
250 gr flour
2 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
40 gr soft butter
Sesame seeds
1 jar peach jam of the vines
12 small slices of homemade foie gras

1• Put in the bowl, water, yeast, milk, sugar, flour, 1 whole egg and a yellow on kneader function for 5 minutes.
Add the butter and salt and knead another 5 minutes.
Transfer the dough to the floured worktop.
Bring the edges of the dough 3-4 times towards the middle.
And roll it into a ball.
Put the dough in a salad bowl, cover with a cloth and let doubling in volume, about 1 hour.
At the end of the first shoot, degas the dough and form a long dough.

2• Divide it into 6 balls. Place them on the baking sheet on a sheet of
baking paper spaced 5 cm apart.
Cover with a cloth and let 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 °
Break the egg and brush the buns then sprinkle with sesame.
Bake for 20/25 minutes.
Let cool.
Cut them in half, add a spoon of peach jam of vines then a slice of homemade foie gras and close with the hat.
Put them on a dish.
Good tasting !
