Simple and good !! DUCK CUPS with spices, it's also a party dish

ingredients ( For 4 people )

for 4 people
4 duck sleeves
2 tablespoons of olive oil
20 g butter
Salt, crushed pepper
Fresh thyme
1 big onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 cm ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Some small dried red peppers (optional)

Steps ( 40 min )

1• Heat the olive oil and butter in a pot or frying pan, brown the duck sleeves, 
When golden, add the onion previously cut into thin slices, let sweat for 30 seconds, then add garlic and ginger pounded, the small miment (optional) mix well.

2• Then add salt, pepper, turmeric and fresh thyme, stir well together. 
Wet the meat with 1/2 liter of water, and simmer over low heat for about 25 to 30 minutes. until you get a nice thick sauce, 
check the meat, if not add a little more water, adjust the seasoning if necessary.

3• At the time of serving, you can also sprinkle with a few green onion stems (cive / new onion / onion, etc.) or chiselled kavir lime (kaffir lime). 
Serve hot, accompanied by fragrant white rice, a treat
