This dish is quick to prepare with traditional
pan cooking .
I wanted to find flavors, sweet salty
with sweet scent of spices.
ingredients ( For 4 people )

450 g duck aiguillettes
2 shallots
4 dried apricots, cut
2 cm fresh ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon ras el-hanout
1 branch of rosemary
1 tbsp honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
5 berries


1• Peel and mince the shallots. 
Cut the dried apricots into small cubes. 
Pour the olive oil in a pan and cook 
the duck aiguillettes (2 minutes on each side). 
Remove on a plate and set aside. 
Shape the shallots and dices. dried apricots in the pan 
(keeping the fat) 
Add ras el-hanout, grated ginger, honey 

2• Deglaze with water 
Add the duck 
wings Saler, pepper (five berries) 
Add the rosemary

Serve immediately.
