A good Christmas treat with coffee at the end of the meal;)


300 g dark chocolate
100 g butter
2 egg yolks
125 g icing sugar
1 tablespoon milk
4 cl liquid cream
Cocoa powder


1• Melt the chocolate in a saucepan! Add the milk and let it melt on a low heat. Mix with a wooden spatula until the dough is smooth!

2• Add the butter, mixing well and add the egg yolks. And add the liquid cream. Mix well and add the icing sugar while whisking.

3• Let them rest for 2 hours. Make balls and roll them in the cocoa powder for coating.

4• Put them in the fridge until tasting.
