Ideal for stuffing turkeys or Christmas capons ... easy, quick and delicious recipe ...

ingredients ( 1 big turkey )

400 gr porcini mushrooms or other wild mushrooms
40 gr butter
3 egg yolks
2 shallots
2 slices of 1 cm stale bread
1/4 bunch flat parsley
1 pinch of nutmeg
Grilled pepper


1• Clean ceps and chop them roughly. 
Chop the shallots and brown them in the butter.

2• Add the mushrooms and cook over high heat to color the mushrooms (without burning them). 
Season and add a touch of nutmeg.

3• Out of the fire add the stale bread cut into small cubes. 
Add chopped parsley and egg yolks. 
Mix, mix as needed

4• The stuffing is ready!
